WifiStateMachine: Set supplicant log level after restart Currently we lose |wpa_supplicant|'s debug log setting when we restart |wpa_supplicant|. Re-activate the verbose logging setting for |wpa_supplicant| (if verbose logging is enabled) after starting supplicant every time. BUG: 29902287 Change-Id: I04512ab82a7b16e24db1d959f9cc7e7a6d23174f
