Add iface name in log tags Add the iface name in log tags in following classes: a) ClientModeManager b) ClientModeImpl c) SoftApManager This helps debugging issues when there are multiple instances of these. Also, added a method to retrieve iface name from mode managers. Bug: 148935691 Test: Manual inspection of logs. Change-Id: I142691cad739b880aead97fb9d619b658811520f
