Add EAP methods in WifiMetrics To help find the root cause of high authentication failure rate in enterprise network, add EAP method and authentication phase2 method in connection event metrics. The same change was done in upstream and failed to auto-merge here. Apply the change manually. Bug: 150237135 Test: atest com.android.server.wifi Change-Id: Ia88489dd943470911ea93b211bf4d8a661f5a847
