wifi: limit bridged AP only support on 2GHz and 5Ghz

The current bridged AP doesn't support on multi-chip solution.
i.e. Multiple band run on multi-chip.

Consider 60Ghz solution may only support on independent chip
and 6G SAP behavior on coexistence case is not clear in driver behavior,
i.e. Chip vendor expected 2.4 or 6 (SAP) + 5 (STA) etc...
Simple bridged AP solution to focus on 2.4G+5G only first.

Also auto append 2.4 into 5G band in bridged mode for coexistence case
