Channeled rttBurstSize from the client RangingRequest to the firmware (service) Bug: 163355222 Test: constant is replaced by a variable and range checked. Augmented and existing tests pass. Change-Id: I7466dc897fb9bff5850f5597ca47eb54f341eccf
