adbd: enable USB SuperSpeed (again)

The descriptors to enable USB 3.0 SuperSpeed support had previously
been added in commit 1fc58c5f21a0c9f3dfce4b51b886a4b17e350d97
but were removed when the v1/v2 descriptor handling was refactored
in commits d6a6373d32df26a821ccc7f27b8ca1dd615f7456 and again in
f7555b16503d760adc9206ab07d9ab3b9da1fc67. Now that the dust has
settled, add back the SS descriptors to re-enable USB 3.0.
