Add an organizerCanRespond column to Calendar table (with default 1) * Partially addresses the referenced bug * Exchange calendars will have this column set to 0 * When set to zero, the UI should not display the organizer's attendee status Bug: 2507842 Change-Id: I1181a6eb3575a70b4587a94de35fc4abf6fb00c8
