b/2440161 Added time checks for allDay events. allDay events where sec, min, hour are not 0 are being added into the db which causes an exception to be thrown. Added in checks to cp2 that will correct events with this mistake and warn instead. Change-Id: I09485114be605b2b2dbb2c4897dc908e5c609cf5
