Fix bug #3218104 (CalendarSyncAdapter says "android.content.OperationApplicationException: wrong number of rows: 0") - DO NOT MERGE - revert code from https://android-git.corp.google.com/g/#change,54585 concerning deleteEventInternal() - transform an UPDATE to a DELETE if we are processing a recurrence exception whose status is updated to STATUS_CANCEL and if the recurrence exception does not have its original event (parent) anymore - it is a merge from https://android-git.corp.google.com/g/#change,84438 Change-Id: Id42e258514cb09baf762369f67f27858aba48209
