Fix bug #2927288 (CalendarCache table is not setup correctly) - DO NOT MERGE - update database schema version to 70 - fix initial row insert into CalendarCache table - recreate the CalendarCache table with correct data when upgrading the schema Change-Id: I268be53d9d270ed469b7057b2636f81710ee23ba
