Fix bug #2622128 (Can't delete Exchange event exception) - use DELETE status during instances expansion It was previously only checking if the eventStatus was not STATUS_CANCELED for inserting the instance. Now it should be not DELETED as well. Change-Id: Ifc870ad5026c9680593e4adf63596852c056b3eb
