Delete aggregation exceptions that are in CP2 not server. When syncing down metadata from server to CP2 local tables, if aggregation exceptions are in local but not in server side, delete them from CP2. BUG 23557858 Change-Id: Idc65ab9f8e2f04f60b0fbdc71b6a8e825aa09ff9
