Fix a number of draft-related bugs Remove the triggers that delete threads when there are no sms or pdu entries referring to those threads. These triggers end up killing a thread while we're saving drafts. Bug 5354900 among others. Change-Id: I73d6e5a24d52e3ec5dfc717bb34cc52638691277
