Use PhoneFactory's LocalLog so that logs are dumped in BR. ContentProvider's LocalLogs are not directly hooked up to BR hence the change. Test: verified locally in a BR Bug: 115990430 Change-Id: Ic1b4a9759370db9d20518dea8426d024aceda4fb
