Handling call with handle null or number empty in DirectToVoicemailCallFilter Handling call handle null or number in the handle is empty by updating the DirectToVoicemailCallFilter with the onCallerInfoQueryComplete callback to avoid IncomingCallFilter to wait till timeout.
