Add CarrierConfig option for removing Hold during Ims Calls This change introduces a carrier config option that removes the CAPABILITY_HOLD and CAPABILITY_SUPPORT_HOLD capabilities from Ims Connections for incoming and outgoing voice calls if it is set.
