Displaying HD audio indicator for GSM/CDMA calls Add the config of CS calls, when updates the PROPERTY_HIGH_DEF_AUDIO properties of the connection. So that HD audio indicator can be displayed in UI. This feature is necessary to fulfill some carriers requirement. Test: manual - Checked that HD audio indicator is displayed on UI in GSM/CDMA calls.
