Handle media attribute changes and report to Dialer. When the media attributes change, generate a refreshCodec callback to inform the dialer of the new codec values. Test: Added unit tests. Fixes: 176862263 Change-Id: I2fc300d0b78fad8c942633e428eb93c64226325b
