Keep track of state overrides in TelephonyConnection. There are a couple of places where we fake the TelephonyConnection's state to Telecom for CDMA multi-party calling. Cleaning up this state manipulation mechanism so that it happens from a central place and the code is more readable. BUG: 23754654 Change-Id: I7d991a6c8365b36bb535e7bbd7054de3b7ed5cc9
