Improve logging of connection changes due to redial and handover. Also adding logging for registration of call events. There are potential timing issues here so it is prudent to log more verbosely for future diagnosis. Test: Manual test to see logs. Bug: 191607537 Change-Id: I12086373eae3d1b5df49f22e50114207d6366632
