Modify the Manual-selct UI according to Phase 3 UX review.

Made the following changes:

1. Add a back button at the top of the "Choose network" screen
to go back to Mobile network page

2. Remove toasts ("can't connect to network" and "registered on network")

3. Get a screenshot of "cannot find any network" state and verify
whether the text is left-aligned
