Fixed telephony missed hold button issue Telephony call UI may missed the hold button when the conference call is ended. This is because the capabilities for the remained call has not update. Bug: 71625332 Test: telephony basic sanity Change-Id: I95edfbfa340b5ceaacbc31fba02b97e398d1657f
