Calling accounts phone settings should be user-aware. The calling accounts show all accounts in a work-profile scenario. The accounts should be filtered by checking the user stored in the account against the binder's calling user handle. Bug: 258534757 Test: Manual Change-Id: I4963687595a5cc582b57e5583af0757b77c8cf61
