apexd: Add an abortActiveSession binder call Just a stub, to unblock work on StagingManager. Will implement it in follow up CLs. - apexd will have an invariant that at any moment there will be no more than one non-final session; - aborting session pre-reboot will result in just deleting that session; - aborting session post-reboot will initiate a self rollback in apexd; Bug: 123622800 Bug: 124036308 Test: compiles Change-Id: I00e9495ae8c8c5d31042c41c531f4f2dd29244fa
