Surfaceflinger in the test APEX can be started ld.config.txt is amended to be able to load SP-HALs from the vendor partition. Also changing the path to the executable since the name of the test APEX has been changed. Test: m apex.test; m; <reboot>; adb shell; su; lsof $(pidof surfaceflinger) shows that the main executable as well as libs are loaded from the apex.
