Add getSessions() binder call. To allow system_server to retrieve APEX session information. To help dump more information, also include the sessionId in ApexSessionInfo, and add an initial simple test. Bug: 118865310 Test: atest apexservice_test Change-Id: Ic3e35ca7ee3363cd434ef039522a031b548c1504
