Remove TEST_MAPPING on system/apex. This file has the side effect of triggering tests from system/apex/apexd whenever another test mapping file references system/apex/tests. The reason for this is that test mapping for a given directory are inherited implicitly from all the top directories. Test: atest --test_mapping (with various combinations) Change-Id: Id82e24326b28a794667f3fa9b4f67a2507014dfa
