Be more correct on rooting The rooting state is captuered in the setUp method and is recovered in the tearDown method. Test: atest apex_e2e_tests with and without 'adb root' run before. After the test finishes, the rooting state is maintained. Change-Id: I724b09a6b94306b734fc28db843136bac9f8042b
