Add VerifyMergeOps to ISnapshotWriter It turns out update_engine never gets a ICowReader instance... it only gets a generic FileDescriptor. So bring this function all the way up to ISnapshotWriter interface. Test: th Change-Id: I7d17b9537f97282c99203b5cc13892e5daa1be4c
