libsnapshot: Remove all image data and metadata when cancelling an update. If for some reason an lp_metadata file becomes corrupted, this allows the OTA state to be wiped completely clean. Bug: N/A Test: manual test Change-Id: I194c99dc9a7af624a31b564435305892bb3cf48a
