lmkd: only mlockall() if enabled Move process initialization, mlockall() and sched_setscheduler() to only occur if initialization succeeds and is enabled. This conserves mlock'd memory and a FIFO processing slot if (deprecated) kernel lowmemorykiller is active. Cleanup: Android coding standard compliance.
