libsnapshot: Fix mocked property fetcher Add a new SnapshotTestPropertyFetcher that sets up good defaults for all test cases in libsnapshot_test. Test: run libsnapshot_test Change-Id: I6e0b31872d604bbd5f15b64ab7a8ea56d7c67405
