set-verity-state: Link to libfs_mgr_binder. Now that remount can create a scratch partition via gsid, callers into fs_mgr_overlayfs need to link to libfs_mgr_binder. Bug: 134949511 Test: adb disable-verity Change-Id: Ia8342075822613bc5a6c4788a362db1e72684fba
