ueventd: create a /dev/block/by-name/ symlink without a partition name Create /dev/block/by-name/<device> symlink for block devices that are boot devices but do not have a partition name given. Test: boot normally Change-Id: I8c100b0d30dce02a2dd31aebcfea538b8eed9b19
