packagelistparser: rename to libpackagelistparser When packagelistparser was moved from frameworks/base/libs to system/core it was never renamed in-line with things in system/core. Libs start with lib, executables or subdirs do not. For example, libusb versus logwrapper show the lib versus executable naming split.
