Remove libfiemap_writer from fs_mgr and move it to gsid. gsid is the only consumer for this library, and it's unlikely to grow beyond gsid. Bug: 134536978 Test: gsid builds Change-Id: Ib632b1dd8de3e29c02d1fe443a1e409af5f1257d
