libsnapshot: NeedSnapshotsInFirstStageMount don't test for IsRecovery Init skips first stage mount entirely in recovery, so the check is useless. Also, __ANDROID_RECOVERY__ is always set for first stage init. Also add logs if rollback indicator is set.
