libadbconnection_client: apply version script to library. Previously, we were using the version script for only the stubs in the library, which led to symbols from libc++_static leaking out. Bug: http://b/148504737 Test: booted a user build Change-Id: Ie22856f7d16cc837eb961f70195d49898bf7fb49
