simpleperf: add --exclude-perf in inject cmd. It removes tracing data for the recording process. Also use --exclude-perf in profcollect.cpp. Bug: 172284638 Test: run simpleperf_unit_test. Test: run simpleperf inject manually. Change-Id: I9cb6589dc95fe4523bce45838aac6b589dd2bf21
