Implemented unit tests for argument parsing and command creation in torq_unit_test.py. Implemented 57 unit tests in tests/torq_unit_test.py. Also, updated Android.bp accordingly. Test: atest torq_unit_test Bug: 352744897 Change-Id: I038043f8ca7689b4c97cd8d492a965b1a8607676
