simpleperf: add --log option in app_profiler.py. The default log output of app_profiler.py is too verbose. So add --log option to adjust it, and omit debug outputs by default. Bug: 138112297 Test: run app_profiler.py manually. Change-Id: I9f08d3eeb890347a1017b5b39832dc2cc3a9e2af
