profcollectd: Use rlib version of libprofcollectd_rust instead of dylib This reduces binary size because libprofcollectd_rust is a simple wrapper of a C library. Test: presubmit Bug: 163175424 Change-Id: I1356728e619d8fdc39eac7f61277672c9ce82f1d
