simpleperf: clean up cmd_list.cpp. 1. Change return type of IsEventTypeSupported. 2. Use callback function to check if an event belongs to a type. Bug: none Test: run simpleperf_unit_test. Change-Id: I2267d21c2e9501cb534a6520abb20d563de7e545
