Pagecache.py fixes and updates. - Handle old version of stat that will append 'd' to inode number. - Added a '-f' option to parse and dump from trace files - Fixed issue where we didn't show files that we only removed pages from (and never added). Change-Id: Ie8d48c01b3b6c288081178e7973aad22887795e0
