simpleperf: add --exit-with-parent option in record cmd. This makes it optional whether simpleperf stops recording when the parent dies. Bug: http://b/64391339 Test: run simpleperf_unit_test. Change-Id: I0827a17d6fedbb9763347df76da9dc981fea6312
