simpleperf: fix log level in CheckPerfEventLimit. Simpleperf stops processing when CheckPerfEventLimit() returns false. So its log level when returning false should be error instead of warning. Bug: 235127197 Test: run simpleperf manually Change-Id: I4b5a670e9820b372882537751870d25532f10a7b
