Statically link libhidlbase_pgo into libhwbinder_benchmark libhidlbase_pgo is not part of the system image and this causes the benchmark to fail when run in automation. Add a few additional dependencies to link symbols for libhidlbase_pgo. Test: run pgo-profile-collector and ensure libhwbinder_benchmark passes. Change-Id: Ie7869adfd9988f6f9d50db9dee1800ade2cb6d58
