Modify return values for requestRead/Write and FMQ config methods. Bug: 31780470 Test: Built and ran all FMQ unit tests/benchmarks. Modify return values for requestRead/Write and FMQ config methods to return a bool status instead of an error code/number of bytes read/written. Change-Id: I640403bb35f6a56259d98581f9a722025436ff8b
