Purge memory before the main log reading loop. Bug: 295561568 Test: Ran on an internal build and aosp builds. Verified that the Test: Private dirty memory goes down after this. Change-Id: I156b838d5fd6a85cc0b7ed5596c3189c0d63bd1c
