Double the timeout in liblog.wrap_mode_blocks. This was original 30s, but brought down to 5s to show that the original problem this test was written for no longer exists. Unfortunately, we have an alleged 1.55% flake rate that I'm assuming is just the usual "CI bots overloaded". Double the timeout and see if it goes away.
